This is a perfect opportunity for someone seeking minimal hours with easy work load.

Small land developer office in Lake Forest, CA is looking for a candidate who can work part-time approximately 25 hours/week performing light general office work.

Must have good attention to detail and organized to make copies of documents while maintaining proper order for bank draw records.

Hours can be flexible within Mon-Fri from 8-3pm business work day.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

-Friendly, courteous with a positive, can-do attitude

-Must be organized with good attention to detail

-Good English speaker

-Reliable, responsible and trustworthy

-Previous office experience in the accounting environment is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

-Filing, copying, organizing, sorting mail

-Updating items when paid on contract paper forms

-10-Key by touch a plus, not mandatory

-Stuffing and Mailing bill payments

-Very light office related projects
