We are looking for an outgoing Office Assistant. No Experience Necessary.
Job Description:
Data entry and computer lookup. Telephone both in and out bound call. Prepare and send emails, proposals, invoices, etc Scheduling and other related office duties.
Qualifications:
Excellent phone skills
Excellent organization and prioritizing skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in the use of a personal computer.
Attention to detail
Ability to take initiative and problem solve
