Temporary, part-time Office Assistant/Social Media position available for Clinic in Whittier/North OC.

The person will help run the clinic, answer phones, schedule appointments, process patient intake, manage electronic medical records system, process payments, tidy up and maintain the cleanliness of the clinic, along with typical daily office issues. You must interact in good spirits with patients and conduct yourself as a professional at all times. Other reasonable administrative and operations help as needed.

Must be able to post and manage social media accounts few times a week to expand awareness of our brand and clinic, manage outreach campaigns, blog posts, build, update and manage website on Wix platform, collect and post patient testimonials, build up our email list, find and schedule speaking events and creating and posting videos for the clinic. Implement Referral marketing system and Customer Satisfaction survey system.

Assist in organizing Research study, soliciting and finding qualified study participants, promote and Highlight our completed studies so others can benefit. Also screen and procure appropriate Publications and Scholarly Journals for our studies and additional CAM research opportunities.

Must interact in good spirits and conduct yourself as a professional at all times. Other reasonable administrative and operations help as needed.

One of the most important skills you must have is strong follow-up skills, must have an excellent way of owning and tracking your assignments and projects through to absolute completion from start to finish, without being reminded. Must have excellent customer service skills and be a team player.

20 hours per week, hours may include Saturdays; Be flexible with scheduling. This is an on-site position.

Salary $15-$25/hour commensurate with effectiveness, experience and ability.
