We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team!
Primary duties include answering phones, performing clerical functions and assisting other team members with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform other administrative tasks in support of team members
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration and/or construction industry
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
