Importer of promotional products is seeing a candidate for an inside customer service rep. Position requires good written and oral communication skills with a excellent command of the English language. We need a well organized, outgoing and energetic person who enjoys helping customers over the telephone. You will work closely with our customers with all their order requirements and responding to a variety of customer emails. You'll need to identify and manage project priorities on a daily and long term basis and also be to work under pressure.
Responsibilities include the following:
replying to customer service emails on product information
taking phone calls on product information
processing customer orders
follow up on sales calls/quotes
some general office/clerical duties
Must be comfortable in taking calls regarding our product line with a friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic attitude.
Proficient with the following:
MS Outlook
MS Excel
MS Word
Some Graphic Art (Photoshop and Illustrator) experience is a plus
Knowledge of Shipping software (UPS/FedEx)
Sage 50
Knowledge of Screen Printing Industry
