We are Seeking a Junior Loan Processor
Responsibilities
- Handling the loan file from receipt of the initial package for Submission
- Reviewing loan package to ensure it meets Mortgage Bank or Agency guidelines,
- Must have Knowledge of CONV, VA, FHA, FANNIE MAE/FREDDIE MAC Loans.
⢠Assist Sr. Processor in all steps of processing loans for Conventional/FHA/VA Mortgage Loans
⢠Organizing initial documentation
⢠Gathering conditions, reviewing conditions to insure for completeness
Other duties:
- Collecting Documents to complete applications
- Calling present Clients to provide updates
- Ensuring loan Application meets all investor guidelines and overlays
- Communicate with Mortgage lender and loan officer to resolve problems and obtain all necessary
documentation required for file.
