"Essential" Faith Based Nonprofit 501C3 Mortgage Payment Relief Center as described in CoVID-19 Proclamation looking for 2 (Bilingual English/Spanish) candidates for Sr Processor as well as Jr. Processor Assistant. You must work well under pressure and be a self starter, friendly, diligent and motivated to help our Nonprofit Clinic's clientele with ZERO COST Forbearance and Loan Modification services to stack, process and help re-structure existing Loan Terms.
MUST be familiar with stacking, prepping Files, obtaining conditions from client as well as lender follow up. Must be familiar with Trustee sale postponement procedure and well versed with SB900/AB818 (HBOR) consumer protection rules and regulations. Fast paced environment with tight dead lines. You cant be thin skinned. Tremendous growth potential.
