We are looking for a Senior Loan Processor responsible for processing loan applications from start to finish. Review loan package against system or investor requirements, correct errors to loan packages and obtain missing information.
Must have minimum 2 years mortgage processing experience, 5+ preferred and have deep knowledge of FHLMC, FMNA underwriting guidelines including how to analyze income and asset documentation.
Experience with delegated and non-delegated loans
Must have knowledge of reviewing income (both employed and self-employed borrowers), calculating assets and appraisal review
Thorough knowledge of federal and state regulations and requirements with emphasis on FHA, Conventional, and VA experience
AUS experienced
Understands the loan flow process from application to closing including file structure and loan documentation requirements
