We are seeking a processor whose skills and enthusiasm would fit within our energetic and rapidly growing structure.
We are aware of the high demand for exceptional mortgage loan processors in this market and will be providing compensation commensurate with that fact in mind. Compensation will be based on experience and will include a base + bonuses.
The average employees have been with our company for more than 7 years. This is rare in the mortgage industry.
Compensation: Base plus per file
Sr Processor $80,000 - $130,000/ Yearly

Location: Fountain Valley (Currently remote due to Covid19)
Required Skills and Knowledge
3 + years of current processing
Familiar with Wholesale (Brokering) submissions, guidelines and product spreads
Must be able to maintain clear communication with originators and 3rd parties
Self-starter who can work independently without constant instruction
Must be able to QC incoming documentation for completeness and accuracy
Familiar with running DU/LP
Familiar with Calyx Point
Adequately tech savvy and proficient in a paperless environment
Proficient in FHA, VA and conventional underwriting and regulations
Proficient in TRID, RESPA and respective vital mortgage guidelines and policies
Description of Responsibilities
Help Order VOES, Appraisals, Insurance, CPL and any other required documentation
Help Open Escrow/Title
Run DU/LP as requested and be comfortable in doing prequals
Complete initial set up on new submissions
Maintain open communication with Loan Officers and 3rd parties
Perform general office duties as needed
Able to complete a file from set up to funding
