Responsibilities:

Under minimal supervision, the successful candidate will:

• Support users in a Windows 7 environment.

• Monitor network to ensure security and availability

• Install and maintain network hardware and software

• Evaluate system’s performance

• Identify user needs

• Maintain integrity on the network, server deployment and security

• Log and properly document all issues, follow-up, and resolution information for each assigned ticket.

• Demonstrate a consistent sense of urgency on open issues to ensure resolution.

• Ensure timely follow up to all assigned open Help Desk tickets.

• Provide assistance to other team members as required.

• New user setup.

• Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 years experience in PC Software/PC Hardware installation, troubleshooting and repair working with PCs and Windows Operating systems

• Basic Networking Skills

• Microsoft Office 365

• Microsoft DFS management

• Microsoft Active Directory

• Networked Printers

• Well developed troubleshooting skills and excellent problem solving

• Excellent communication skills

• Professional

• Strong commitment to teamwork and shared processes

• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

• Self Driven and motivated to learn new skill sets

• Flexible schedule

• Backup software management
