Pacific Reliance Business Brokers is expanding their team. We are an Orange County based business and real estate brokerage, with our main office in Huntington Beach. We are looking for 2 agents to fill our remaining desks.
We sell main street type businesses: restaurants, auto repair shops, house cleaning agencies, etc. both franchised and independent with revenue of $1M to $10M. Our mission is to help business owners obtain the best possible results when they sell or buy a business.
We've found that hard-working, enthusiastic and financially savvy sales associates do the best in our industry. No experience is necessary, although a background in business ownership, law, accounting, finance, real estate or sales is helpful.
We provide comprehensive training and mentoring programs to help you get up and running as quickly as possible. Trainees will complete a 3 day training program in office, and will then be partnered with an experienced broker for the first 3 transactions. We teach high ticket sales, client management, commercial leases, bulk sale escrow process and liquor license transfers and real estate.
The position is 100% commission based. There are no monthly desk fees BUT there is a $1000 training fee for materials and is FULLY refunded at the close of your first transaction. Our minimum commission is $15k which is industry standards.

Requirements:
