Hello! We're looking for motivated individuals to sell with our team this summer.
This job is all commission-based, no hourly pay.
What the job is:
Our team travels out of state for the summer (April-August), and we knock doors 6 days a week selling pest control to homeowners. We will train leading up to the season, and during the season, we'll have morning meetings where the team will do a sales training. At the Grit, you'll be tapping into a system of elite sellers you can train and network with.
Who this job is for:
Athletes, gym-goers, disciplined, driven people tend to do very well at this job. Someone who is determined and doesn't give up when things get uncomfortable. If you're someone with goals and your why for achieving them is more powerful than any how, you will make significantly more than hourly wage jobs.
