We are a national Health Insurance Agency that Sells Health Insurance & Medicare Plans across the country. We are usually the number 1 producer for any health insurance carrier we decide to sell. All of our agents are also eligible for the free carriers trips that we win for being number 1 in the country.
Some of our trips
-3 years ago, we took 17 of our top agents to London with us for a week all expenses paid.
- This year we are taking 7 of our top people to the Key West In Florida, and a separate Cancún trip
- Next year we will be taking our top agents to Brazil and possibly Ireland
Compensation: $40,000 to $100,000 Annually - This is a base pay plus commission job. Opportunity to start your own insurance agency after 2 years of employment (yes that means you get to build your own 6 figure book-of-business, and copy our exact model with our help. Your 2 years of employment is your training ground.)
Job Purpose:
Health Insurance sales agents manage high quality warm live transfers. We market in 30+ states. This role focuses on inbound calls from consumers looking to buy health insurance in order to qualify them and offer a solution of insurance products that is affordable and meets their needs.
Leads: The model is built on 10 live and pre-screened transfers per day. These transfers are generated from our websites that people found though search engines like google when looking for their health insurance. Top producers will consistently close at 30% and higher.
No cold calling, no miles on the car, and no expenses.
We are looking for talented insurance sales agents who consider themselves a MASTER CLOSER. While we prefer hiring agents who have telephone sales experience, we are open to training the right candidate.
