The Regional Sales Manager will oversee the following departments:
Sales Trainers
Outside Sales
Appointment Setters
The RSM will be responsible to promote a healthy sales environment. Establish the sales department targets, develop strategic planning, promote growth, measure each employees success, and increase our providers satisfaction.
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will also be responsible for the following items:
Overseeing and developing the sales training program
Promote sales of business solutions
Managing and developing sales personnel
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
Oversee Outside Sales Department and provide operational and resource support to increase their sales performance and growth within the Company
Promote a fair, productive, and amicable work environment within the departments
Help develop sales plans and tactics as needed to increase the Company's sales objectives
Assist in the implementation and enforcement of all Company policies and procedures
Monitor market and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies
Provide data and reporting on daily performances to upper management and the CEO
Participate in weekly and monthly assessments of departments financial performance against budget and sales goals
Participate and work with all necessary departments to help with the departments success
Perform any other duties as assigned or requested by Company

Delegate responsibilities effectively to insure deadlines and goals
Monday - Friday
8 am - 5 pm
