Drapery Works, LLC is a successful and rapidly expanding window coverings firm located in Costa Mesa. Not only are we highly competitive in the industry, but we are also highly established as a result of having served the Orange County area for over 37 years. Our customer base is growing immensely and we are acquiring more leads than we can handle, so it is imperative that we hire more sales associates ASAP!
We currently have an opening for an In-Home Sales Associate. This position entails but is not limited to:
· Selling high quality, lifetime-warrantied products, services and solutions directly to homeowners
· Receive 2-4 credible leads daily, from people who seek our servicesno cold calls, EVER.
· Potential to earn 90k plus within your first year.
An ideal candidate will possess the following:
· Experienced in hard window coverings, i.e shades, blinds, shutters
· In home presentation skills/experience
· Excellent communication skills, with a passion for selling
· A self-starter who has a "closer" mentality
· Professional appearance with a high level of integrity and organizational skills
· Effective referral and network building skills
· Good time management and a results-oriented mentality
· Available evenings and weekends
· Owns a vehicle
· Basic computer skills
