Full Job Description
EZInjection is seeking a highly skilled Aesthetic RN to join our team, with a primary focus on providing laser treatments, with potential opportunities to expand into other aesthetic procedures such as neurotoxin and dermal filler injections. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in laser treatments and will be actively involved in all aspects of patient care, from consultation to treatment and follow-up.
About the Position:
Position Type: Part-time (10-20 hours per week)
Compensation: Competitive hourly base rate, bonus incentives, and benefits for qualified candidates.
Work Schedule: General business hours are 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday. Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays.
Location: Three locations in the Orange County area.
Key Responsibilities:
Laser Treatments: Specialize in performing laser procedures, with the potential to expand into other aesthetic treatments like injections of neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
Patient Care: Engage in consultations, treatment planning, and follow-ups, ensuring a customized approach to each patient’s aesthetic goals.
Patient Education: Inform and educate patients on all services provided, ensuring they understand and are comfortable with their personalized beauty plans.
Compassionate Care: Maintain a caring and supportive environment, offering quality care while adhering to productivity standards.
Documentation: Complete timely, accurate, and legible documentation of patient care in compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies. Update patient records regularly to ensure accuracy.
Safety & Cleanliness: Adhere to all clinic procedures, rules, and regulations to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry advancements through continuing education, workshops, and professional societies to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Compliance & Integrity: Uphold privacy, confidentiality, and ethical standards as per company policies, federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA, HIPAA, and JCAHO guidelines.
Patient Interaction: Demonstrate empathy and compassion for clients, especially those in varying states of pain, trauma, or emotional distress.
Sound Judgment: Make timely, well-informed decisions, remaining calm and patient in high-pressure situations.
Requirements:
1-4+ years of experience with aesthetic laser treatments.
Must have reliable transportation.
Availability to work Fridays and Saturdays.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
