Key Responsibilities:
Sales Driven: You will be responsible for driving sales by managing new lead inquiries, conducting both in-person and phone consultations, and upselling to existing clients. You will engage with clients through various channels such as text, phone calls, and in-person consultations.
Sales Performance: Your primary goal is to sell treatment packages, ensuring a high conversion rate from leads and maximizing sales opportunities.
Multi-tasking: This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain efficiency.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain professional relationships with clients by being personable, confident, and highly communicative.
Qualifications:
Experience: Prior experience in selling aesthetic procedures is mandatory. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be comfortable building rapport with clients and handling a high volume of sales-related tasks.
Self-Driven & Organized: We are looking for someone who is organized, ambitious, and self-motivated, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Team Player: Must work well in a collaborative environment and be open to coaching with the desire to eventually grow into a sales management role.
Passion: A genuine passion for the aesthetics industry is essential, along with the confidence to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
Bilingual is Mandatory: English+Spanish/Vietnamese/Mandarin/Korean
Requirements:
Prior Sales Experience: A solid background in sales and customer service, particularly in the aesthetics industry, is required.
Work Ethic: Flexibility with scheduling and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment is crucial.
