VoIP Software as a service company is looking for a full-time in-house customer service representatives. The position involves assisting customers by phone with questions/bugs, educating our customers in the use of our software services, and working closely with our sales and product development teams to maximize customer retention and provide an over the top customer service experience. The ideal candidate must be a great educator, a continuous learner, and be adaptable to change.

Be a team player

Must have an excellent phone and email demeanor

Have an outstanding ability to communicate complex ideas to clients

Have a solid working knowledge of Windows OS

Must have reliable transportation or the ability to reliably commute to the office daily

Candidates must pass a background check

Basic computer and operating system knowledge

Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care

Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly

Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 to $17.00 /hour - Depending on Experience
