Full-time Experienced Maintenance Technician for Commercial Property.
Resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner
Pick up supplies, parts and equipment or call manufacturers for delivery as needed
Complete work orders daily in a timely and professional manner
Assist in porter duties – Cleaning, Trash Pickup, power washing, detail oriented
Respond to requests and provide exceptional customer service to our tenants
Travel between Orange County Properties
Must have reliable transportation and pass a background check
Must have your own tools and be self-motivated and able to work independently
Troubleshooting and making routine repairs in the following areas:
Painting
Light Fixtures
Doors and door hardware
Electrical – A MUST
Plumbing – A MUST
Mechanical HVAC basics
Minor Carpentry
Minor roof repairs
Other building maintenance items as needed
Experience and Compensation
Minimum 2 years of experience in a previous similar position.
Compensation based on level of experience.
