Commercial Roofing Foreman – Brea / Orange County
Pay: $35–$45 per hour DOE + bonuses

The Roof Depot, Inc. is a well-established Southern California commercial roofing contractor (30+ years in business) seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead field crews on reroof, service, and maintenance projects.
Projects are located throughout Orange, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Riverside Counties, based out of our Brea headquarters.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of commercial roofing experience
Proficient in TPO, Torch, Tile, and Shingle systems
Skilled in reroofing, service calls, repairs, patching, and maintenance
Proven team leader who ensures quality and productivity
Must have own truck and tools, valid CA Driver’s License, and a clean driving record
Must speak English and follow direction be reliable, safety-conscious, and self-motivated
