We are a boutique home décor brand specializing in custom, made-to-order decorative pillow covers — and we’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented seamstress to join our team on a long-term basis.
This is an independent contractor position, ideal for experienced individuals (not factories) who take pride in their craftsmanship and can work from a home studio. You’ll be sewing elegant, high-quality pillow covers made from premium fabrics, with a focus on precision and consistency.
In addition to sewing work from home, we also offer the opportunity for optional in-studio work up to 3 times per week, assisting with ironing, fabric prep, and daily production support. This is a great option for those looking to take on more hours and be more hands-on with our day-to-day operations.
What We’re Looking For:
A skilled sewer with a sharp eye for detail and clean finishing
Experience with home décor or similar textile work
Reliable, communicative, and committed to long-term collaboration
Must have a home-based setup and professional-grade sewing equipment
Able to produce a mix of one-of-a-kind custom pieces and small daily batches (10-15 covers)
Fluent in English and authorized to work in the U.S.
