We are currently developing a strong crew to handle multiple projects in the Orange County area (Mostly custom homes in the Newport Beach and Laguna Beach areas) and looking for talented installers. We maintain rigid professional standards in personnel, quality and service of custom homes.
Sheet Metal HVAC Installers-(Foreman, Leads, Installers)
We are looking for installers that are experienced in HVAC/Sheet Metal/Mechanical/Piping work from sheet metal ordering, installation (exhaust/supply/return/venting, etc.), refrigeration piping, equipment installation (Heat pumps, RTUs, VFDs, VRFs, OAUs, Split Systems, Ptacs, Controls, Dampers, Wiring, Startup, etc), insulation, welding, fire protections, etc.
All candidates should have various levels of experience in Sheet Metal Take-offs, Fabrication, HVAC from sheet metal installation to equipment start up. We operate with smaller crews and prefer individuals that are able to handle all aspects of the project from start to finish. MUST BE DEPENDABLE, A self starter and a detailed oriented person. We are striving to earn a solid reputation for the highest quality workmanship and equipment. We do not rush our jobs and unorganized jobs/ ductwork and overall installations is not acceptable. ALSO, if you are not willing and able to provide input, AND/OR take direction do not apply. No Pre Madonna's here. Rob, the owner does not know it all and is looking for input as the job progresses. We have a positive workplace environment and have a positive high end client respect. If you cannot provide a high-end product, do not apply. If you are not clean cut or have a drug or family problem, do not apply. If you are not a professional or are not willing to become one, do not apply. We are willing to pay top dollar for a professional not a slob! We are a 4 year old company and have earned a SOLID reputation. We are looking for team players who either have or want to invest in themselves. If you feel you are a good fit, ESPECIALLY if you are clean cut, no visible tattoos and are willing to work as A TEAM MEMBER, you have a place and likely a home here. WE ARE NOT OPPOSED TO PROFIT SHARING FOR THE RIGHT INDIVIDILUAL. If you give, so do we. If you take only, dont expect much from us WE KNOW THE BUSINESS AND WE KNOW MONKEYBUSINESS. Also, to fill in for hours, candidate should be willing to perform QUALITY preventive maintenance when times are or get slow We have a large construction load but will likely experience downturns and slow times of construction. Preventive maintenances will at least put food on the table.
