A small 30-unit apartment community in the heart of Santa Ana is seeking an experienced Part-Time Maintenance Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for a retired individual or someone looking to supplement their income with flexible hours.
Requirements:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – REQUIRED
5+ years maintenance experience
Reliable transportation
Must provide your own basic tools
Ability to work independently
Must be willing to work as a 1099 contractor
Job Duties:
General repairs (plumbing, electrical, minor carpentry)
Completing work orders
Unit turns & basic maintenance tasks
Light painting
Communicating with property management as needed
Pay:
$20–$23 per hour (DOE)
