Description:This position will be an evolving position. We are looking for somebody that will be able to take the position to the next level.This person will start off with doing on-boarding only. Reserving the room, scheduling all necessary personnel for training, taking pictures, assigning employee numbers, tying individuals to requisitions, closing requisitions, updating availability numbers when temps are terminated and behaving as a liaison between managers and all temp agencies. They will be trained to do reporting for all requisition's through excel to present to C level executives. They will eventually help with recruiting, screening and streamlining the onboarding process. This person needs to be a self starter that is seeking to develop themselves, advance their career and update all onboarding processes.Skills:Human resources, Payroll, Employee relations, Hr administration, Onboarding, Microsoft office, Employee benefits, FMLA/LOATop Skills Details:human ResourceLeave of absencePayrollAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Proficient with excel using pivot tables and pulling reports from ultipro.
