Individual will be responsible for staffing, cost, schedule and quality performance of their crew. This role will ensure that the programs contractual and internally funded demonstrations are executed successfully.Also, required to implement new technologies and provide motivation to team members. Must exhibit FSL behaviors and deploy Culture of Accountability onto the program.Must be U.S. Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
