We are Proper Solutions - A Coachella Valley Staffing Company looking to fill an Accounts Payables Assistant with a Public Agency's Finance Department. This position starts at $15.50/HR with a work schedule of Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch) and scheduled off work every Friday-Sunday.
Job duties include processing payables, updating Excel Spreadsheets, running reports, answering phones.
