This position reports directly to the owner of the company. Position provides admin support for two sales persons.

Must have 2 “ 5 years of QB knowledge with some Excel and Word knowledge

Must be familiar with Microsoft office and outlook.

Detail orientated, efficient, self-starter and must be able to follow thru with tasks

Good Written and verbal skills

Highly resourceful team player with ability to also be extremely effective independently

Be adaptable to various competing demands

Full time

Reliable transportation

Will be willing to drive a fork lift to load and unload trucks (1 -2 times a week)

Comfortable with asking for payment from clients

Establish and monitor procedures for bookkeeper

Responsibilities:

Be able to perform & prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail

Answer phones and filing

Vendors Payable/ Credit Apps

Accounts Receivable

Accounts Payable

Employee Scheduling

Mailing

Light warehouse duties

Office Supplies

Equipment & Maintenance

Errands/Shopping

Human Resources

Greet Clients
