DescriptionThis successful company is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join their ranks as an Accounts Payable Clerk. You might be the Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk this dynamic organization with a growing team is looking for, if you can match, batch and code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks. The Accounts Payable Clerk role is a full-time position based in the West Palm Beach, Florida area. Demonstrated communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds
AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred
2+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred
Strong organization skills
Invoice Approvals experience
Process Vendor Invoices experience desired
Process Credit Card experience
Accounts Payable (AP) experience required
Deep understanding of Credit Card Reconciliation
Spreadsheet and database capabilities
