They are a Cisco shop Microsoft OS (Windows 20xx, Windows 20xx server), Microsoft Exchange, Office Suite Job Description Summary Responsible for supporting all software products used at the casino, including troubleshooting, user management, and customization. Executes work associated with project plans created by Director of Central IT for upgrading or enhancing systems. Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or G.E.D with a preference for a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Information Technology.
Must have knowledge of industry-related software, including InfoGenesis, OPERA, Berg Systems, Boom 4 Time, WSS Web Booking, HMS, IGT Advantage Patron Management, Crystal Reports, and EZ-Pay.
Three or more years of experience working in a hospitality-related position is strongly preferred.
Must have excellent communication skills, good organizational skills as well as interpersonal skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)
Follows through with the Director of Central IT and Department heads on the status of the software troubleshooting and customization.
Provides an expert functional IT resource to end users on various Hospitality and business systems that include but are not limited to; IGT Advantage, Micros Opera, InfoGenesis, Spa Soft, etc.
Updates the Director of Central IT and Helpdesk on the status of work orders, while at the same time providing a liaison between software vendors and the business.
Coordinates the development and implementation of training programs to assist in on-going operations.
Maximizes software performance by working with the Central IT Engineering Department to perform software maintenance on Windows 20xx/20xx servers.
Provides excellent guest service to both guests and internal clients.
Must comply with all applicable ACCRM, ACPS and ACCC System of Internal Controls, Standard Operating Procedures, and all Tribal Regulations.
