Job Description
The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of assigned rooms and public spaces in accordance to our company guideless. In addition to delivering excellent customer service always and creating personable and memorable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
· Responsible for the overall cleanliness of assigned residences/units. Reports maintenance deficiencies to maintain rooms/suites in compliance with standards
· Clean residences/units, as assigned, which includes: making beds, changing linens and terry, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, dusting, vacuuming, etc.
· Reports maintenance deficiencies in order to maintain room in compliance with hotel standards.
· Strip dirty linens / towels and remove used amenities from room/suite
· Check cart for supplies, stock as needed. Replenish linen and guest amenities
Respond to special requests by guests (such as providing extra amenities or service time requests or additional services)
Perform general cleaning tasks of public areas and hallways using standard cleaning products to adhere to health standards
Perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills and executing special guest requests
Verify residences are vacant and initiate maintenance requests
Welcome, Greet, and escort guests as needed
Display a friendly, courteous and professional demeanor in all interactions with guests, patrons and other associates
Possess a positive attitude
Must be service and very detailed oriented
Must be a team player
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks
Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 40lbs. on a regular and continuing basis
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length
Qualification Standards:
High school or equivalent education preferred.
1 to 2 years previous experience in a similar position in a luxury environment preferredClick Here to Apply
