What we are looking for¦

In this position, the ideal candidate will oversee the management of all Resort Home Destinations properties, managing a team responsible for all operations, maintenance and housekeeping. This position will require excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong attention to detail.

As the Guest Experience Manager, you serve as a brand ambassador, representing Resort Home Destinations in all your interactions. You are passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences: you are a problem-solver, there to ensure that your guests have the best experience that exceeds expectations. You are a project-manager through and through, capable of thinking about the day-to-day as well as the big picture. You will be part of a small but growing team that requires a high degree of autonomy.

What youll do¦

Ensure exceptional guest experiences and willingness to do whatever it takes to offer a consistently and exceptional brand experience.

Inspect properties to guarantee the highest standards are maintained, evaluates maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping operations.

Define, drive and implement technology projects to enhance the Guest Experience.

What youll bring¦

3+ years managerial experience in property management.

Ability to lead a team and serve in a customer-facing position.

Positive attitude, amazing communication skills, and great passion for the home sharing economy.

Hospitality experience within a luxury environment a plus.

A valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the Coachella Valley Area and to educational events.
