Prep Cook Requirements
1 year of experience, preparing all items to Chef specifications.
Maintaining Health department standards of cleanliness and sanitation are a MUST
Keeping kitchen equipment clean and in working condition.
Busser requirements:
2 years of experience, ability to clean and reset tables in properly manner
Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail required.
Dishwasher Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience as an experienced dishwasher,
