Well established Bistro in the Palm Desert/Palm Springs location is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
⢠Assist the General Manager to supervise and coordinate all restaurant's activities
⢠Oversee guest services and resolve issues
⢠Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
⢠Train and manage FOH personnel and insure that they are providing exceptional service to all our guests.
⢠Have the ability to empathize to our staff the importance of teamwork through positive reinforcement and by leading by example.
⢠Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
⢠Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
⢠Be able to embrace constructive feedback with a positive attitude
⢠Have the ability to lead our team through positive coaching and mentoring
Qualifications:
⢠At lease 2 years of experience in food and beverage
⢠Strong leadership qualities
⢠Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
⢠Excellent written and communication skills
⢠Strong attention to detail
