Qualifications:
Friendly, customer service-oriented personality
Ability to quickly learn software programs
Must have First class Franchise hotel Experience
Proficient in Front desk operations
Food and beverage knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities:
Create guest room reservations
Check guests in and out of the hotel
Check guest reservations for accuracy
Proficiency with front office computer software programs
Ability to train others on Front Desk processes
Input group rooming blocks
Provide excellent customer service for guests
Communicate guest room availability with the housekeeping team
Process VIP arrivals
Provide guests with information about activities in the surrounding area
Maximize revenue by promoting hotel services
Compensation:
Pay rate varies depending on experience
