Looking for long term caregiver/s for a 6-bed residential facility for the elderly.
Needs PART TIME/ ON CALL
Duties & Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Assist in residents' ADLs, planned activities, etc.
Food Preparation
General facility sanitation
Monitor and report changes in health and behavior of residents
Able to communicate well with residents, family members and health professionals.
Applicants must be COMPASIONATE, RESPONSIBLE & RELIABLE. Must have a positive attitude, team-oriented mentality, and strong work ethic. Must be able to take direction, follow instructions, and work harmoniously with others.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation for getting to and from work.
Must have at least 2 years of verifiable work experience, with elderly residents who live with Alzheimer's/Dementia.
Must be CPR/First Aid certified or willing to be certified.
Must either have current a DOJ clearance or be able to pass a DOJ background check prior to being offered employment.
Must be TB tested or willing to undergo TB test.
