Temporary Assignment
Salary starting @ $18.00
POSITION SUMMARY: We are recruiting for a skilled and dedicated CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) to become a part of our Home Owners Association/SUN CITY PALM DESERT COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION for a Temporary Assignment. The Certified Nurse Assistant will interact directly with employees and management team of several departments, monitoring their temperature and/or identifying any related COVID-19 symptoms. Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures and abide by federal, state and local requirements.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Available to work an early shift, starting at 5:30 a.m.
Take the temperature of all employees.
Travel to different departments on site checking employee’s temperature and ensuring a safe environment for employees.
Encourage personal protection to prevent the spread of COVID-19 e.g. Face coverings, hand washing, social distancing, etc.
Address employee’s concerns regarding their protection and safety.
Good communication skills, Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Work Experience and Certification:
High School, plus a minimum of three (3) years’ experience as Certified Nursing Assistant.
Knowledge of State and Federal laws relating to key areas of responsibility.
CPR and AED Certified.
