Windstone Health Services (WHS), a leading behavioral health management company, manages Windstone Behavioral Health (WBH) a behavioral health professional medical corporation that provides managed mental health and substance abuse treatment services through contracts with managed care organizations, HMOs, behavioral health carve-out companies, medical groups and public sector agencies.
Windstone is seeking therapists (LCSWs, Psy, licensed PhDs) to provide services to its members in its Palm Desert outpatient office.
**All scheduling, referral authorizations and billing handled by the staff in the Windstone office.
**Regular office hours Monday - Friday; 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (Saturdays optional)
**Must have 8 hours a week minimum availability
**Flexible schedule
**Compensation: % of gross collected or $45.00/hour
Requirements:
*Candidate should have minimum 3 years experience geriatric psych/evaluation experience
*Must be licensed by the State of California (LCSWs, Psy, licensed PhDs)
*Must be knowledgeable of current trends in the field of mental health.
*Be knowledgeable of cognitive behavioral therapy, short-term therapy approaches, anxiety, and depression
*Possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude
*Be reliable and self-motivated
* Have the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
* Must be computer literate - able to work with EMR program
