We are offering free room and board + $1000 a month for someone interested in being a live-in caretaker. You get two days off a week, to be chosen by you. You will have a private bedroom, in a house shared by an elderly couple, where you will be assisting the husband. Great deal for someone new to the city trying to save money while getting established. This opportunity is in Pasadena.
Responsibilities:
-Helping with walking from room to room an ensuring he doesn't fall (He will be on a walker)
-Helping with light exercise
-Helping with meal preparation and clean up (No other cleaning duties will be required)
-Light driving for groceries and medical appointments as needed. Driver license required, but we may provide a car for the right candidate.
The neighborhood is great upscale homes near the hills (Eaton Canyon waterfall approximately 2.5 miles from the house) and walking distance to Stater brothers grocery, Starbucks, banks, etc.
