Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a Medical Assisting Instructor to lead and teach our growing student body. Job duties include:
⢠Teaching, mentoring, motivating and coaching all students in the lab and in the classroom, using company approved curriculum
⢠Participate in various administrative duties (such as attend faculty meetings, accurately record grades and attendance and counsel students)
⢠Assist management with driving retention and completion rates
⢠Participate in professional development trainings
⢠Maintain professional integrity
Job Requirements and Qualifications
⢠Minimum of 3-5 yearsâ experience as a Medical Assistant, LVN or RN
⢠Must be a licensed medical professional
⢠Experience with EKGs, Phlebotomy and Medical Terminology
⢠High School diploma or equivalent required
⢠Previous teaching experience is preferred
⢠Front and back medical office skills
⢠Highly organized
⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
