Looking for a companionship caregiver who is experienced dealing with Dementia for hourly day and evening shifts in the Palm Desert and the surrounding area.
We are conducting interviews immediately and need a caregiver to start right away.
Responsibilities:
Assist with activities of daily living such as personal care, hygiene, and grooming
Assist with Meal Preparation
Assist with ambulation, range of motion and provide stand by assistance
Light Housekeeping
Assist with Transfers
Companionship
Requirements:
MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS PRIOR TO PLACEMENT:
-Home Care Aid Registry ID Number with CA state and current Livescan (Can be easily obtained).
-Current TB Test
-Current Driver License, Vehicle Registration and Proof of Insurance
-2nd form ID for work in US (Passport, Social Security Card, RA card, Birth Certificate)
