IMMEDIATE NEED for a Office Manager/ Bookkeeper!
Great company in Palm Springs is currently seeking a Office Manager/ Bookkeeper to join their team. Must have extensive experience with bi-weekly payroll, financial statements, bank reconciliation and general ledger bookkeeping. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business is preferred.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 years of Bookkeeper experience
- Acute levels of accuracy, active listening skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Excellent phone etiquette, communication skills and organization skills
