Now Hiring Recycling Sorters/Yard Helpers
We have partnered up with a local recycling company in Blythe and are looking for motivated workers to join our team
BASIC JOB DUTIES: General labor duties that include physical effort in picking and sorting objects less than 50 pounds. Exposed to an outdoor worksite and physical environment which involves: refuse, dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements during the work day. Employee will be supplied with PPE equipment. Position is Monday-Saturday, 10-12 hours per day.
SKILLS REQUIRED (MINIMUM): Must be able to follow instructions, safety-oriented, and productive, efficient, punctual and have good housekeeping awareness. Must be able to stand for 10-12 hours per day while picking and sorting, have good hand coordination and speed to keep production pace, able to lift up to 50lbs, and able to work well with others.
PERFERRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS: Recycling/Solid Waste Industry a plus but not necessary
