Skilled Handyman Needed $25-$35/Hr.
Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree & La Quinta.
Compensation:
- $25 - $35 per hour depending on experience.
- Work days = Monday – Friday.
- Full time W-2 employment.
- Paid weekly.
- Performance bonuses.
- Time and half for overtime.
- 2 weeks paid vacation.

Job Description:
Our company is growing quickly. We are purchasing one home each month in the above areas. We also own many rental properties in the same areas that need periodic maintenance.
For this position:
Your primary responsibility will be updating the newly purchased homes as needed. Most of the homes we purchase are 20-40 years old and need some love. Many of the upgrades will be contracted out, but the more we can do ourselves the better.
There are also serious management opportunities available for the motivated and talented person.
Skill requirements will include:
- Interior & exterior painting.
- Light electrical.
- Light plumbing.
- Basic tile work.
- Building patio covers.
- Light cement work.
- Landscape irrigation repairs.
- Drywall patching.
- Basic carpentry.
- Basic framing.
- Hanging doors.
- Replacing windows.
- Fence building.
- And everything else that comes up.
Job Requirements:
