Our growing firm seeks a senior associate experienced in labor law, with significant experience in litigating employment law cases, who is motivated, creative, accomplished and actively seeks professional and personal growth. Our ideal candidate for this new position has a minimum of four years’ experience in employment litigation and works well independently as well as part of a team.

With over 70 combined years of experience practicing law, our attorneys represent a large variety of interesting clients and have handled hundreds of successful labor law cases. We have litigation team huddles in which we review each case to ensure that we are on track with assignments and deadlines. Our Workplace Solutions division triages employer crises and other needs to provide guidance and superior documentation, as needed.
Senior Associate Responsibilities:
Initiate, evaluate and strategize new cases
Assist in ongoing cases – prelitigation and litigation
Perform all phases of discovery, motion practice, ADR and other pretrial preparation
Engage in extensive client communications and counsel
Assist in or conduct mediations, arbitrations and trials
Research accurately
Help train our team members
