Actively seeking full time Budtenders to help facilitate our continued growth.
if hired for this position, you will be working with members right away. Our hours of operation are in the morning to late nights.
Duties:
-Deliver Excellent Customer Service: You'll receive the training you need but you'll be expected to deliver them in a fun, enthusiastic, and supportive manner. You must greet all guests with kindness and treat them with exceptional care. It is essential that you represent us with a compassionate, yet professional demeanor.
-Comply with Regulations: Operating with compliance to state and municipal regulations. You must be extremely consistent in your work and follow the guidelines set in place. This include properly weighing, packaging and labeling products, as well as providing any and all necessary literature at the end of the sale.
-Assistance: Identify the medicines and methods of medication that best fit each individual needs.
General Position Requirements:
-Valid CA ID & Doctor's Recommendation
-Flexible/Open availabilities (evenings, weekends and holidays)
-Knowledge of how each strain works to alleviate the different debilitating illnesses for which the cannabis was recommended
-People skills and communication skills
-Professional

-Friendly and Approachable
-High paced retail or service industry experience
-Attention to detail with the ability to multitask

-Must be able to pass live scan background check
