Shipping Store needs friendly, efficient customer service agents. Looking to fill 2 positions. Open Potential to train to manage/run the store as well. We have been providing services to the local community for over 15 years. We are a fun store and no ugly uniforms required!
We provide mailing, packaging and shipping services to both the public and businesses. Additional services include private mail box rentals, scanning, emailing, faxing, copying, printing, gift retail, passport services, etc.
We're looking for a self-motivated, trustworthy person who can quickly learn our processes. Qualified candidates must be able to multi task be positive, accountable and have good conflict resolution skills. Customer Service is essential to our culture and we are looking for individuals that demonstrate the ability to show initiative and eagerness to help others. We will pay for the right candidate to get their training to become a notary if you currently are not one. If you are one let us know! We need you.

Job Duties/Roles:
- Customer Service experience
- Run Cash Register / Point Of Sale system transactions
- open and close store per work day
- Communicate well, both in writing and speaking
- Process client requests
- Distribute Mail
- Package items for shipping
- Mail and Ship packages
- Interact with Shippers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL)
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bilingual a plus (English / Spanish)
- Notary a plus
