Controls Technician shall perform end to end testing, programming, startup, commissioning, servicing, and repair of building Control Systems including utilizing BACnet technology and the BACnet Protocol. Evaluate on-site installations and perform preventative and corrective maintenance, repair and modification of controls systems. Ensures that mechanical and control systems together are functioning to customer requirements and Manufacturers specifications. Perform analysis, diagnostics, programming modifications to and repair of Building Controls Systems and components. Coordinates work with station engineering personnel.
Minimum Experience: Requires five (5) years of related experience and strong proficiency in HVAC system design, Building Control Systems, and testing and balancing procedures for HVAC systems.
Minimum Education: Associate degree or equivalent from a two (2) year technical school.
