Shear Hair Design El Paseo and Blown El Paseo, the Coolest Blow Dry Bar on El Paseo are looking for talented stylists to join our team. Our beautiful salon has been totally remodeled!
Experienced stylists or new to the industry, we are looking for team members who want to learn and grow in a Fun and Fast Paced Environment.
Hired stylists will go through orientation and technical training classes. You will learn several different techniques of styling and braiding hair.
You will have the opportunity to develop your cut and color clientele and provide those services at our adjacent and fully remodeled salon.
Enjoy working in a contemporary modern designed Blow Dry Bar with top of the line tools and equipment.
Established Stylists: we offer booth rentals.

Responsibilities:
- Perform great blowouts on our clients consistently
- Perform beautiful MakeUps
- Provide an amazing client experience
- Sell product, tools, and memberships
- Side work includes, but not limited to: dusting, cleaning, sweeping, inventory, cleaning dishes/glasses, re-stocking product shelves.
Qualifications:
- Valid California cosmetology license
- MakeUp Artists
- Great styling and finishing skills ( you will be trained )
- Great MakeUp application skills
- Willing to learn and grow
- Desire to provide consistently exceptional service
- Strong communication skills
- Driven and motivated
- Ability to work with and be a part of a team!
