Experienced maintenance technician needed, specializing in apartment turnovers, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.
As a Maintenance Technician, your responsibility will be to perform various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. You will handle service requests for repairs and improvements of vacant apartment homes to a market-ready status.
WHO WE NEED
A Maintenance Professional: You should have a solid understanding of general maintenance and at least 1 year of experience
WHAT YOUâLL DO
1. Youâll be responsible for repairing all plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry and installations to ensure vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to "market-ready" status.
2. Complete work orders in a timely manner. You'll make positive connections with residents by offering a smile and a greeting when you arrive to repair their homes.
3. Compliance to company quality and safety standards
4. Perform with details. Youâll walk a completed unit and inspect all areas prior to marking it complete and ready for cleaners.
5. Willing to work in a fast-paced environment

Appliance installation and repairs
Building repairs
Carpentry
Door installation
Drywall
Electrical
HVAC (a plus, not required)
Plumbing
Must be tech savvy (working with phones)
