Warehouse Delivery Driver
The Warehouse Delivery Driver reports directly to the Purchasing Coordinator. The primary job responsibility is to keep the intake/outtake of materials running smoothly and keep the warehouse in pristine condition. The Warehouse Delivery Driver oversees delivering and receiving materials as well as inventory control, maintaining the proper levels of materials and informing the Purchasing Coordinator when the stock is low. Other duties include the creation of a material list, to clean the warehouse, and other maintenance as needed.
Job Duties:
1. Operate warehouse equipment (e.g. forklift, trucks, pallet jacks, etc.)
2. Take in inventory as it is delivered
3. Track and document items delivered to the warehouse along with items delivered to job sites
4. Gather all items needed for installation
5. Load flatbed truck up with all equipment needed for installation via forklift and pallet jack.
6. Deliver all installation items to the job site via flatbed truck in a safe and expeditious manner.
Mandatory Requirements:
1. Drug-Free
2. Valid Drivers License (No DUI in the last 5 years, no more than one point your driving record)
3. Ability to lift 60 lbs.
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
5. Attention to detail/problem solving skills/multitasking capabilities/self-motivated/timeliness
6. High school diploma or equivalent
7. Organized
8. Ability to take direction/requests from multiple departments
9. Ability to deliver products and inventory products in an expeditious manner
10. Little or no need for supervision as this job is performed alone for the majority of the time.
